HEALTH AND WELLNESS FOR A BETTER YOU

About

Health. Wellness. You.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Our Vision.

According to the WHO, chronic diseases such as ischaemic heart disease and stroke are the leading causes of death worldwide. Cancer rates continue to rise. Our children are becoming more and more obese. Despite our advancements in medicine, we are losing the battle with chronic lifestyle diseases. We are glued to smart phones becoming more stressed out and increasingly sedentary. Even with hundreds of friends/ followers on social media, we are more depressed and isolated than we ever were.

It is with this realisation that we have founded Lifestyle Medical Services Incorporated. We focus on 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine:- sleep, nutrition, exercise, eliminating toxic habits, social interaction, stress management to help you restore health and maintain wellness. Our director has 14 years experience in internal medicine and designs every visit, every treatment plan, with you in mind.  We’re not just writing prescriptions, we’re changing lives- for the better.

Get In Touch.

We at Lifestyle Medical Services know that finding the right physician is a choice not to be taken lightly. That’s why we have designed our first consultation to address your needs, discuss the scope of your goals, and develop a plan to achieve those goals.
